While the produce in each box is sourced from local vendors, the items are grown all over the world and the contents of each box are changed daily.

Organic produce is not guaranteed, however, from time to time we do include organic items.

In general, the boxes will include a variety of produce such as: apples, bananas, tomatoes, potatoes, lettuce, peppers, cucumbers, oranges, lemons, broccoli, onions, and other seasonal favorites. The contents of each box change daily based on the season, availability and quality of produce when purchasing.

We have expanded our delivery zone! We will now be offering FREE delivery in the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, & Missouri. The best way to find out if we deliver to you is to verify your zip code at checkout. 

To ensure the utmost care for your produce, packages are delivered via our team of local couriers.

Our delivery dates are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The cut-off to be delivered the next day is 3PM CST. If an order is placed after 3PM CST on Thursday, your order will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Based on where your address falls on the delivery route, your package may arrive between 7AM-7PM.

At this point, we are unable to provide real time tracking for when your package will arrive.

Once the customer that you refer makes a purchase from your referral link, your account will be updated with the credit. To access your credit, please follow the below steps.

1. Log into your GFP Chicago account here.
2. Once logged in, go to the referral program page here.  The coupon code for your credit will be shown in the rewards section.

We will email you within 4-5 days of purchase asking for a review.

Orders can be canceled up until 10:00 AM CST, the day before scheduled delivery.

Credits and refunds can only be issued if claims are made within 24 hours of delivery.

The amount of produce and occasionally additional items.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to provide customizations to the box. While we completely understand there are some with allergies, we suggest maybe offering friends, family or neighbors the products that you will not use.

We do not currently take EBT or LINK.

While we don’t process any nuts or dairy, much of our produce comes from farms and we are not able to guarantee what allergens if any, our produce come in contact with before they get to us. We pack all our produce boxes in accordance with FDA Guidelines. Even though we take the necessary precautions, we always suggest that you wash your produce before enjoying it.
